jackherer 543 Posted August 24, 2005 Theres a local tool specialists near me that is run by people that really know what they're doing and they open at 6am and close at 6pm, will order stuff and have it by the next morning and they are cheap too! I try to buy stuff there rather than large companies online etc cos I appreciate their level of service and I'd recommend looking in your local yellow pages or something to see if there is anything similar near to you. M@tt 77 Posted January 23, 2006 (edited) apologies for reviving an old topic but i just wanted to recommend www.justoffbase.com as i've purchased quite a bit off them and their prices and service are excellent. I just noticed at the weekend that in my set of draper expert spanners that i ordered back in novemeber i'd actually received 2 18mm spanners instead of an 18mm and a 19mm so i emailed them today explaining the siutuation seeing if they could do anything. I offered to send them the 2 18mm spanners as proof but half expected to have to send the whole lot back etc only to receive an email back at 8.30 this evening (about 20 mins after i sent mine) saying no need to send anything back they will get on to draper first thing tomorrow and get the correct one sent straight out and apologiesed for any inconvenience. two thumbs up!!
