    I hope someone knowledgeable can advise me:- I have an annoying tinny metallic vibration/Resonance which is coming from the pedal box area of the bulkhead of my 1.9 GTI. The vibration will appear under any rate of acceleration in any forward gear - the vibration will disappear upon either reaching a steady speed or if the clutch pedal is fully depressed to change gear or otherwise, however the vibration returns upon any acceleration. The performance / drivability of the car is unaffected by the vibration. I hope this description makes sense. Best Wishes Billy.
