    Sill Replacement

    The car failed the MOT on the offside sill, its only going to be a hillclimb car so not that worried about the appearance but im no bodywork guy! http://s1114.photobu...nt=IMG_1368.jpg ive cut the part of the old sill away just need to clean it up and weld in the replacement sill http://s1114.photobu...nt=IMG_1468.jpg http://s1114.photobu...nt=IMG_1470.jpg As you can see the problem is the rot on the lower edge on the quarter panel where it meets the sill, do i have to replace this or can i patch it up somehow? also will a arc welder be ok or do i have to use a mig? cheers
