    Hello everyone! Just few questions! First time i checked my 2row ecu (139).The pin no.19 is empty and not grounded as it supposed.But then at one only topic i read the opposite than usual..i mean it can be empty.so what is right? Also i realised today that the fuel relay although it has power has nothing to do with the pump! it works without it, so i guess the engineer who made the conversion was lazy..(speaking politely).Of course itsnt grounded through no.20 pin.It has ignition live,permanet ground as the pump directly.My question is: except the matter of safety should i bother to fix it or not? the engine runs fine about a year.the only problem i have is consumption! about 20mpg!! but can it be related to relay? i doubt. ps. temp sensor,afm,icv,coil,amp have been swapped a couple of times with no difference.i am running catcams first stage inlet cam and peter's chip.
