    Central Locking

    PhilNW posted a topic in Body, Interior & ICE

    Trying to get the central locking working on my H reg , It has 5 wires (3+2) going to the drivers solenoid but not sure what should be live. One of the three is earth and one of the two Suspect the wiring has been extensively butchered as there is the IR sensor near the interior light possibly belonging to some old alarm system, There is some clicking under the steering wheel as I connect/disconnect the 3 wire plug. Haynes manual only shows 4 wires so I bit mystified what each of the 5 wires do and trace the fault. Thanks in advance
