Injectors Don't Fire, After Removing Thatcham Immobiliser

First ever post so excuse any mistakes... Right, so I have been removing a Thatcham (Sigma M800 T2) immobiliser, and got to the point that engine cranks and sparks, but injectors don't fire. Fuel pump IS running. Couple of unknown wires left though, and some that should be there, but are not.......
