    High Biting Point

    B11 BOB posted a topic in Gearbox & Drivetrain

    Just fitted a new gearbox and clutch cable.Gearbox is a 306 hdi and clutch cable is a 306 gti6. After having everything fitted the biting point on the clutch is at the very top of the pedal.Been told because it's a auto adjusting cable you cannot set the biting point lower. Has anyone got a solution to this can the cable be adjusted? If not I may get a custom cable made that's adjustable.
