    I want to fit a diagnostic plug in my 309,it has the engine from a 2.0 turbo 605,the original diagnostic plug in the 605 was a 30 pin socket,if i got a 16 pin plug could i just attach the relevant wires and would i be able to read the faults using planet with the 16 pin plug? I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work but just wanted someone to confirm Many thanks
