pug_ham 244 3 Cars Posted December 25, 2008 Same as on a diesel 205, can't help with pic's atm but; Loosen the pump mounting bolts through the mounting bracket on the gearbox. There is a 1/2" square drive hole (iirc) in the mounting bracket near the aft end of the pump. With asuitably sized extension, turn so the belt tension increases. Holding the tension, tighten the upper aft mounting bolt (iirc 16m). If the tension is enough, tighten & then tighten the lower aft & forward bolts. Graham.
