Rob Turbo 3 Posted December 5, 2008 I'm still a while off wiring the v6 up but have a quick question about the immobiliser wiring. With the engine I got the loom, ecu, the key, and a black plastic thing with copper wire wrapped around it, which I'm guessing is the ariel that detects the chip in the key. Looking at the wiring diagrams it seems that I need an extra bit - the brains behind it all! Where might I find the gubbins that sends the signal to the ecu? or is it as simple as adding a switched live to the ecu? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
