Does a Kentcam Vernier pulley fit a Katcam camshaft

Odd question.

 

This is for a Mi16 1.9 engine

 

Also, would the verniers fit the standard mi16 camshafts

Yes - Mi16/S16 verniers will fit any Mi16/S16 camshaft fine, be it standard, Catcam or whatever

 

Obviously, you can't use say an 8v vernier on an Mi16 or whatever....
