jerseypug 1 Posted November 23, 2008 bought a gti6 engine with an unlocked ecu for top money, fitted it, tried to start it and there was no spark or fuel. tested everything on the engine and the only thing it could have been was the ecu. put another unlocked ecu in and it started straight away. is there any way of testing the original ecu to see if it was unlocked?
