Tyre Recommendations Please

i just picked up my 306gti-6 and its having an mot this week. it needs a new tyre tho and i always like to change in pairs. its running on 205/40/17's

looked on mytyres and black circles but im not sure what to get.

want eagle f1s but they like 90 each and i dont want budgets. tr1s and paradas are cheapish on ebay but i want something thats going to have good grip in this crap weather.i dont know much about tyres so any advice guys?

Falken FK452 or the slightly cheaper 912's, I use both and are much better than Toyo's and F1's
