I'm pretty certain that none of the AP range will fit under a std 1.9 rim.

considering they do custom jobs, i'm pretty sure they will, we spent some time trying to spec a kit that went under 15 inch pulsar alloys, and figured out which caliper to use.

So looking at their site They do one for the 106 and the 206gti 6, both using the same caliper, as you can see from the details below, the 106 fits under 15" compomotives, and the 206 gti 180 brakes bolt straight onto the 1.9 so they have the brackets for both the caliper and our 1.9 hub.

Peugeot - 106 - Front 4 Piston Kit CP5100-1004

Black Caliper Kit Number - CP5100-1004

Red Caliper Kit Number - CP5100-1004R2

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Before purchasing or installing a formula big brake kit, make sure that the brake upgrade is suitable for the make and model of the vehicle, and that the wheel has been checked for clearance.

Model Year 1991 on

Brake Caliper Type CP5100

Brake Disc - Drilled CP4448-916/917RD, Ø285 x 25mm / 30 Vane

Brake Disc - Grooved N/A

Brake Disc - Plain N/A

Brake Disc - Strap N/A

Brake Pads CP2340D43-DS2500

Wheel 6.5J x 15" Speedline (212/P165

IIRC we got a print out of a template of the inner wheel then sent it to them to get them to spec

AP Racing have identified the actual size of the wheel necessary for a particular kit, and where possible have listed an example of an individual manufacturers specification, often other manufacturers wheels can be used, but inner wheel profile must be checked before fitment. It is usually the inner spoke area that causes the problem with fouling the outer face of the caliper.

The following links to a number of wheel manufacturers may be useful.

Compomotive | Revolution | Rimstock | TSW

AP Racing does not recommend the use of a wheel spacer or removal of material from the caliper or wheel as a cure. We now have some of the most common Caliper Profile Drawings available to download, these can be accessed from the relevant brake kit via the Application Guide .If the relevant profile is not available online, please Contact Us as in many cases a full size profile drawing of the brake kit is available by post.

hope this helps.

AP Calipers certainly do fit. These are CP2361 (also known as the AP Forest caliper). These are fitted on a 1.6 GTi disc and fit under a 14" wheel.

These are the calipers that I use on my car. Combined with Ferodo DS3000 pads they are absolutely awesome.

You can find them in the Demon Tweeks catalogue, page 310, priced at £352.50 each. They come as a blank, so that you can drill the mounting holes to suit your hub / disc size etc.

I guess apart from CP5100, you may also check out the CP3307, this is also running 285mm disc iirc. the 3307 doesn't need bracket for peugeot fitment neither.
