Torsion Bar Size For 205 Gti Tarmac Car On 309 Beam?

I've got a 309 beam on my 205 rallycar, and wondering what bars would be ideal for it.

 

Most people I know stick with standard bars and I'm not a fan, you really can feel the difference on cars with uprated bars.

 

A mate has the 21mm bars on his 205 (on 205 beam) and it feels a lot better than most but can't help but think it could go even harder.

 

Will be eventually running 225lb front springs, probably Gaz or similar.

My mates has 23mm bars in a 309 beam with Leda shocks and I think it could benefit from stiffer ones. Fronts are Gaz coilovers with the original springs (275lb IIRC) and no front ARB.
