tagy 1 Posted November 6, 2008 Hi I am trying to access the rev counter PCB so I can try to get it working on my GTI6 as described in few other posts. But I cannot work out how you get to the PCB and don't want to break something. I have removed the clocks from the car, removed the clear plastic cover, removed the 5mm bolts around the face of the clocks. But am not sure what to do now, can someone advise? pug_ham 245 3 Cars Posted November 6, 2008 YOu're almost there, there is another 5mm screw into the back of the rev counter body, remove this, turn the plug so its out of the slot & push the counter out from the back so the facia doesn't get damaged.
