Spungy Then Back To Normal Again

Just changed the brakes on my car front pads and disk...

 

new ones on taken it out i use the brakes and its really spungy let off then press them again then theyer back to normal done about 100 miles and its still the same what could be the problem???

 

 

after abit of no brakeing its like the pressure releases and they go back to being spungy again then hard after u brake right after i cant work it out ???

I don't know but I'm guessing you scrapped your cars, not scraped them.

they was fine before my mates just done the same n hes got the same problem

have you tried changing/bleeding the fluid?
