Cabana 0 Posted October 18, 2008 Apologies in advance if there's a really obvious answer to this, I tried a search but couldn't find anything. Anyway I'm trying to remove my rear lights, I've got the lenses off and removed the little silver plastic thing that covers the bolt and this is where I've got stuck! I can't find a socket with a thin enough wall to get ito the space, so I'm beginning to wonder if there's a different technique to getting the lights off or if I just need to search for a really thin walled socket? Cheers.
j_turnell 137 3 Cars Posted October 18, 2008 Just need a long reach 10mm socket and small extension. You remove the bolt from behind the light you may need to pull off the carpet slightly and remove the rear washer bottle to get to the drivers side.
BusEngineer 7 Posted October 18, 2008 You will need to remove the washer bottle I used a 1/4" drive 10mm deep socket to get on it
