Suspension Top Mounts Questions (eccentric)

I currently have a 205 , with avo coilovers, solid engine mounts & rear beam mounts, and my suspension top mounts have worn , however i am wondering what are the advantages of eccentric top mounts, and would it be a ideal time for me to upgrade, the car is used for fast road/track use, .. Also how do i go about fitting them, and making sure that i get the correct ones..

unless you ordered your avos with eccentric top mounts in mind they'll be a real chore to convert. stick with some hard rubber 'grp-n' top mounts and new bearings and use some 309 wishbones for added negative camber. you don't need much more than this one the road
