Engine Removal - Where To Put Chain/straps

hopefully going to remove my engine this weekend (1.9 8v) but I'm unsure where to lift the engine from. Should there be any lifting eyes on the engine, if so where are they as I can't see any....

there should be ones at either end of the head, theres also ones cast into the gearbox that I've used.

I can't see any on the head, are they removable? if so it looks like they've up'd and gone.

I lowered the gearbox/engine out of my 205. Put the body high up on axle stands then put the jack under the engine, remove mounts and then lower it. I managed to get it on on my own and didn't find it too hard.

i've roped through/under the inlet and exhaust manifolds before, perfectly strong enough

i would drop it from under the car, much easier imo

If you have a crane its much easier from the top, i probaly have a couple of spare if needed
