well my mate is over tonight as we cutting up my bulkhead, will show him and make one

and then take a pedal box in exhange but have one ready to send( if that make sense )

the extra bits like, in car adj, balace bar, reserviors, MC's i can probably get before sending, so it is a complete kit

i guess it then comes down the price?????

would people just want the pedal box? or a complete kit

ADMIN, please dont move this to group buy yet please.

pretty straightforward pieces of kit to make, jut getting the attachments from the pedal to the mc's right is the fiddly bit.

one thing to consider when sourcing Mc's is the different sizes that people may need/want.

I.e Peugeot sport spec is 5/8ths front and rear for Gravel, and 5/8ths front 3/4 rear for tarmac, with 5/8ths handbrake MC. that's on standard calipers IIRC.

MY pedal box has a .625 and .7 which is exactly what mwmotorsport (think thats the name) were going to provide when i was going to buy off them

i only got this as it came up and saved me a few quid

this spec for 306 and 205 people is perfect, so i dont see any issues???

So will it be a full bias pedal box kit ?

Are they mot legal for the road ?

I am interested in one inc everything i'l need to fit in my 205 1.9 GTi with gti6 engine, as long

as the price is right as a exchange basis of coarse.

Cheers

That's not a bad price really considering the work involved. They look quite simple, but they are a bit of a fiddle to get everything lined up and working as it should.

I've built about half a dozen of them so far, and they are'nt far off a day's work by the time that you cut everything out, weld it in place, make the pedal ete etc.

I managed to cheat a bit on three of them as I bought ready made pedals from TAS when they were in business.

I have some photos of one I'm building at the moment if anybody wants to see them, I'll post them on here.

Also, I find that the best cylinders to use are the Wilwood ones from Rally Design, unless you want to go for AP ones which are treble the price!!!!!
