Is This Ok? Radiator Hose

just plumed the pipes into my 306, as im putting a turbo engine into it, well still need to get the bottom hose, but done all the others, just wanna check if i have done them right so that the water will flow around the engine ok.

The header tank should be tee'd into either the heater matrix hose on the left or the bottom rad hose and the right side of the oil heat exchanger should be tee'd into the bottom rad hose, the way you have it there you won't get any flow through the heat exchanger, it will work though, just not as good as it could.

Best to have the expansion tank connected at the lowest point possible imo, can't you connect it up as standard directly to the back of the block & then plumb the turbo in from another point?

 

Have a look at some of the previous 2.0 turbo conversions to see how they have done it but imo its best to keep it as standardised as possible even if its just to avoid to many joins.

The pipe to the turbo from the back of the engine is too small to connect the expansion tank to really, only about 10mm if that.

 

That second diagram is about right, although the expansion tank should be connected to the other heater matrix pipe.
