Temp Sender For Mi16.. Same As 8v?

So, it's leaking very slightly, I need a spare, i'm pretty sure its the temp sender that's poing out of the top of the distribution block, about an inch long, hexagonal ....

 

Water system can't pressurise properly as a result... hence my final overheating niggle.

 

Is it a standard pug part? is it available from the likes of GSF etc? does anyone have a spare handy local to berks that i could beg borrow or steal..

 

going to devon at the weekend and want the car in tip top shape for the drive over the moor.

Blue 2 pin Bosch plug?

 

1.9 Mi is the same as the 8 valver. yes available from GSF (listed as a BMW part IIRC, not sure of their part number, Bosch part number is 0 280 130 026, pug part number 0242 46)

Ah, hang on, I meant the sender, rather than the sensor. so that would go to the temp gauge

 

but you've spurred me on... to get of my arse and look at service box...
