springs 0 Posted September 16, 2008 Hi all. i guess a few have done this before and i have searched around but couldn't find what I'm looking for. I'm going to relocate my battery from the front of the car to the back behind the seats. I've got a battery box coming in the post but i just need to no how to connect the old battery lines to the new ones from the battery? a while back i believe i saw someone had a battery like terminal in the front of the car where the battery would usually sit to connect the front to the back.. any ideas? also where is the best place to get some red/black cable to run accross the car? ifcho 0 Posted September 16, 2008 For the positive cable, I just sourced one from an old bmw 525 TDS. Much cheaper than what would have cost me from the shop. Also you can get a positive terminal from the BMW
NeilGTi85 5 Posted September 16, 2008 I have been looking into this and found a good guide on the 306-gti6 forum - http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.ph...6412&page=1 This is for a GTi-6 but the same principle applies. Hope this helps, Neil
