Oil Pressure Sender

Recommended Posts

RINRIN

Hi,

I cleaned the throttle and afterward I realized that oil pressure in the dash is not working. I start to investigate the sensor and in front of engine under inlet manifold I saw an unpluged connector. I guess it is the pressure sensor but there should it be connected

It looks a lot like it mate, quite a big white sensor.

Has a connector with only one wire as far as I remember

thanks bro in the picture there is a orange 1 wired connector screwdriver holds its wire and it is not pluged.

Also there is a white connector and it is connected with a one wired connector.

So where should be the orange connector.

The oil pressure sender that activates the warning light should be connected to the orange wire.

The oil pressure sensore that activates the guage should have a grey wire.

I have the oil pressure warning light before starting the engine but when I start the engine there is no oil pressure

Where should it be connected any pic or any guide?

The large white sensor on the right as you look at engine is oil pressure gauge, the smaller black and green one on the left is the oil pressure warning light sensor :D
