Guest am_i_mad? Posted August 28, 2008 Hey Guys. Just replaced my intercooler and exhaust on my 205 turbo and now the car won't boost properly. Used to boost at a steady 0.95 bar now will spike to about 0.8 and then settle back to 0.5/0.55bar. The exhaust i have now is nigh on straight through and was wondering if the loss of back pressure may be causeing this. Any help would be great. Rob Turbo 3 Posted August 30, 2008 TBH that sounds more like a boost leak, check all boost pipes are tight and the intercooler isn't leaking, I had a similar problem with mine, turned out the side of the intercooler had blown off! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
