Fitting Poly Carb Window To Fibre Glass Rear Hatch

Recommended Posts

Spiky

obvisouly the two main ones are

polyurenthene sealant

nut and bolt

but there's not much thickness to the lip on the rear hatch, so worried it might not be strong enough

sealant and nylon nuts and bolts, wouldn't use rivets, chances of cracking the screen and tailgate are rather high with that method.

yeah, not liking the rivets options, would brake the poly carb and the hatch i think

nylon nuts and bolts? mmm would that be secure enough?

granted i dont park it anywhere mine, and the first place it's going to be left is this weekend in germany

I would think so, standard screens are just bonded.

are you fitting the o.e spoiler?

Aren't the spoilers held on by screws? Might break the hatch? :)
