BackStreetRacecars 3 Posted August 26, 2008 On the boot of the 205 it usually has the black bit with the slats in it... I have noticed a few that dont have it on... is this a panel that clips onto the bootlid in the same way as the black bit or is just the post gettin cut off and the hatch smoothed?? Baz 421 Posted August 26, 2008 Most of the time yes, although base model bootlids have no trims and basically look smoothed without the rivets etc that GTi's have. Some people use the reflective panels that are then painted to achieve the same look. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I think my plan is to get a smooth boot panel, spray it and then fit a peugeot sport badge in the lower right corner. Keep it minimilistic I'll post some pictures of when its finished, meanwhile I could do with a GTI rear valance, anyone got one going cheap?? I'll ask in the wanted section. Tah lads, James.
