Connecting Wiper/wash Combination Switch

I'm rewiring my phase1 car, and using the phase 1 wiring loom, only one brown 7 pin connector is used. Another two pin connector with wires 33M and 28R doesn't plug in to the switch. Where does this second connector go? Is this connector used? If I'm not making any sense, I'm a bit tired. Sorry.
