Best Place To Buy Tensioners/water Pump

Recommended Posts

Henry 1.9GTi

Looking to buy a new cambelt, tensioners and waterpump for the Mi16. Is it best to go straight to peugeot for these or somewhere like pugspares.co.uk?

Thanks.

Henry.

cambelt from halfords on trade seems to be cheapest, ive always used GSF or local autofactors for the other bits :)

GSF is fine for everything, Dayco belt and SKF Tensioner's as std fitment, The water pump is the only non OE part

doesnt matter problem solves before i even started.

First port of call was to remove alternator belt and go for a drive. All seems ok apart from noisy tappets and rattly transmission :)

So put the belt back and back came the horrible noises. Silly really but atleast I don't have a big job to do now.
