adamc 0 Posted August 25, 2008 I've just recently put a new front wing on my pug. When i took the plastic arch trim off the old wing i broke most the clips. I have bought some more from peugeot but they are smaller than the predrilled holes in the new wing. So they don't hold the arch on. Anybody got any ideas of how to attach the trim piece to my new wing or have come across this problem before? Any comments will be much appricated
jord294 92 Posted August 25, 2008 you shouldn'y have that problem if you used s genuine peugeot wing. or have you used a pattern part ?

Gentrix 2 1 Cars Posted August 25, 2008 its a pattern one, and it had predrilled holes that are just too big nothing to do with the pattern part, you need those little plastic inserts to stick in the wing, then you push the clips in the inserts. I see if I can find the part-picture. andi
Gentrix 2 1 Cars Posted August 25, 2008 you can spot them in this picture - couldn´t find them on the servicebox. It´s the second part from the bottom - little black insert-thingy. andi
adamc 0 Posted August 25, 2008 (edited) you can spot them in this picture - couldn´t find them on the servicebox. It´s the second part from the bottom - little black insert-thingy. andi the ones i bought are those white clips in the pic, i was told they would be a push fit into the wing but they are too small. What is the size of the insert? are they for the wing then? where did u get this kit from? Edited August 25, 2008 by adamc
Gentrix 2 1 Cars Posted August 25, 2008 you stick the little black one in the wing (from the front not the back) and the white one in the black one - the black one acts as a anchor.
