Batfink 201 Posted August 22, 2008 what was wrong with it?
GTI6BOY 29 Posted August 22, 2008 you could see the frame work underneath. Then went and screwed the spring catch in 1 turn then the enclosed nut starts spinning so i have a spring which wont go in or out. We had to cut the nut out which in turn ment bonnet pins were needed which i was not going to do. I rang and told them and the refused to sort it out. My bill with them was over £1200 which i spent on a bonnet and tailgate and doorcards. Oh and the "Light weight doorcards" which weigh more than standard due to being mounted on 4mm thick fibre glass. And at £250 i should have purchased £100 sheet and cut it myself. Bunch of robbing Cu*ts imo. All of my items were sold on new at a loss due to having problems.

Decided in the end to spend the wedge on other more important (needed) bits. Plus the fact no one could tell me what the quality/fit was like. Bloody glad I didnt now, I would of done my b*llocks.
