Coloured Side Mouldings Strips

I remember these strips came in red, chrome, green and yellow [yikes!!] can anybody tell me who still sells them

and the rough cost.[ i'm chasing the chrome ones]

You can still get them from Peugeot AFAIK but they cost £££'s.

 

Give places like pugspares, gsf or ecp a try but you might be forced to get them from Peugeot.

Theres a company that advertise in MP/FC etc. that sell them. Used to be Peter Maiden Components, but they changed their name if memory serves me correct...

I have never seen green and yellow side strips, I think these were just front and rear only and are very expensive

www.tuning.co.uk is the URL for that company i was talking about. They do about half a dozen colours and i think the price is £29 for the full set.

as already said.. get them direct from peugeot..

 

prices are something like £22 and £16 for front and back.

The chrome ones came from the 205 Gentry. Peugeot being Peugeot will have no idea so this bit of info is important!

I don't know if they did the side strips too though ??

 

Alternatively just strip the paint off yours and polish the metal up...

My XS has the chrome strips, so i guess they must have came on them also...

they would have ALL of them!

 

chrome, yellow, red, whatever.. if they made a model with them on, they would have them.

 

i was going to get chrome ones for my front and rear bumpers, but i thought it best for me to actually finish spraying them and removing my arches (basically.. get my whole bodykit done) before i did

My old 205 XS 1988 had the chrome inserts. Replaced them with whiteones as my car was white.

 

I still have the old chrome ones alying around...

i was quoted about £32 for both back and front chrome ones from my local pug dealer! (wokingham motors)

Hey Superfly,

I also can get them for 32 quid for front and back NOTE; front and back...then when you add the SIDES

the price comes up to 60 odd quid as i said b4.

 

Still flerking expensive at 60!! cheers jr
