309PUG 2 1 Cars Posted August 7, 2008 Can anyone throw a little light onto my problem, I want to relocate my existing blue ECU water temp sensor (12x1.5mm thread) to a different location in the thermostat housing where I have a spare position (water temp warning switch which I don't need has 14x1.25mm thread) So I need a new sensor with the correct thread. I have found through service box a couple of other sensors:- 0242 76 1338 33 0242 85 Can anyone suggest which would be the best replacement, the existing sensor is part no. 0242 46 Any info very much appreciated.
