timmsy19 3 Posted August 7, 2008 Hi all. Got a feeling that my manifold is the only thing goign to make the car fail its MOT. If it does then im either going to need to weld a crack or depending how bad it is im going to need a new one. If i need a new one is it best to get a standard manifold or a decent aftermarket one? Anyone know places where these can be picked up?

welshpug 1,657 Posted August 7, 2008 just what I was about to suggest! saw an example at Pugfest and it looked very well finished and IMO would be quite an improvement on the standard one.

Miles 331 1 Cars Posted August 9, 2008 at least 2" which the std phase 2 system is, It's much like the old Group N system which was designed when the 205 was new being 1 1/2" dia, again no good really, My matching system is 2 1/4" all the way thru
