Coolant System Bung?

Recommended Posts

James_R

I’m after somewhere that sells bungs for coolant systems, basically I’m removing the heater and some other bits of the coolant system and need a bung to block off the redundant oulet/inlets, I know the s16 had one on the back of the block and zx diesel airboxes have said bung, but does any one know the part number for either of them, so I can order one??

Thanks

James

Rover 200 header tank only has the one oulet on it the top, and fit the 205 well, bit of a better OE look than bungs  just a thought.

I gather this is for the heated windscreen?

What you done for the distribution block at the back/bottom of the block then? Or is this what you need the bung for?

Oi, Alistair you got anymore? I need about 3 ;)

For future reference I think the part number is 1307 W4 but there is also a very similar rubber bung ont the back of the inlet manifold on the diesel Xu's & thats part number 1210 03.
