sounds about normal TBH, the gauges aren't the most accurate, and the fans end to kick in when the needles reach the last mark or two.

does it actually overheat and whats the oil temperature like?

the fan dosnt bring the temp down at all its got all the way up to the last mark the last engine neather went past 3/4 and the fan brought the temp down

Sounds like an airlock still somewhere try bleeding again.

You might find the thermosat might be iffy aswell? could cause the same, but if everything is ok it shouldnt overheat.

You haven't removed the fan at anytime? it is pulling air through the rad and not pushing back ie wired incorrectly?

What idle does it run at? might be too high revs causing the extra heat.

anything else you have done to the car ?

Have you bled the system from thermostat housing and heater pipe? I had problems with heat when I bled only from heater or thermostat, you must bleed both.
