I have an dilemma , the beam on my other 205 has seen better days , it's of no use anymore , bar the arms/discs and dampers (tube and shafts are rusted/sized badly , beyond any type of repair ) , on the other hand i have option to fit good 309 diesel beam with 18.70mm torsion bars and 16mm ARB ... at least just temporarily until i find some thicker bars for this 309 beam or another 205 GTi beam .. Anyone tried fitting 309 diesel beam ?! or does anyone knows how would 205 perform with this type of rear beam ? (i presume that it'll understeer a bit ..) Thanks !
