pete1986 2 Posted July 28, 2008 (edited) Fits onto the bottom end of the gearbox to cover up the fly wheel. I noticed that mine hasnt got one after seeing one on ebay. Are they a necessity? Surely stones and suchlike hitting the flywheel is never a good thing. Which begs the question... why hasnt mine got one? Baz 421 Posted July 29, 2008 they're only held on with a few bolts, and need to be taken off when the box is removed etc, so someone's just not put it back on for some reason.
