Help What Is The Name Of The Pipe The Top Rad Hose Connects To?

As title i cracked mine tightening the hose, so i need to get one today before work but i dont know what its called. Half dome thats connected to the block with a large diameter pipe coming from it.

do you mean the water hose going from the top right of the rad. to the thermostat? goes under the AirFlowMeter ?

 

if so, this is an upper radiator hose :>

get in touch with stuart from bakers bushes and mounts. hes got them in stock!

 

you can bodge a halfords hose to last you to and from work, but it will most likely leak as they dont bend quite right and dont sit tight to the joints.

thanks for the reply, i have just changed to bbm hoses and they are great. so the hoses are fine just cracked the plastic bit her is a pic of what i need

the pic isnt working and im off soon...

 

the hose has only 2 points to which it can connect, the rad and the thermostat housing. if you have cracked the thermostat housing, a replacement is easy to get i should have thought. its a little hard to get my head arround what ou mean without a picture or a little better description :>

Sorry its late thanks again i guess its the thermostat housing many thanks i will try and get hold of one tomorrow.

after having a look at the pug spares cd i got this, but its not labled.

 

 

hope this helps you a bit! the part your identifying doesnt get labled in the cd or atleast i couldnt find it to give you a part number, hopefully somebody else could tell you!
