Ml5t Gearbox's 4x4 Versions?

Out of interest are there any vehicles that are 4x4 and utlise the ML5T gearbox as found on the 3.0 V6 engines?

No, the closest you get is the 405 T16 which has a special ME5 casing.

you could then turbo/supercharge both engines

If you are thinking of such big job you could look into using drivetrain from an EVO, its very similar to T16, but much easier to get parts for etc...

 

Anyone who has worked on 4007? I'm wondering if its a Mitsubishi with a housing that fits EW block, or is it a Peugeot based gearbox.

I was going to try the same but sadly theres no easy option, I have a cunning plan though but im only going to post it up here once i have tried it (and only if i succeed!) so i dont look like a bell end!

bar the DW12 engine its all Mistubishi, not a lot of pug in it at all!
