Poly Windows

I have plastic windows in my 205 with sliders, which are great for weight saving, BUT how have people secured/locked them shut?

At the moment they can be opened from the outside but I would to find a way of locking them from the inside.

Any ideas welcome.

Thanks

Martin

I've seen them with a hole drilled in to the slider frame and slidey section then a pin is dropped in to lock it shut. hope that makes sense.

I did think of this idea, but if anyone has a photo handy of how they have done it that would be ideal. In the mean time I'll scratch my head for ideas about how to make this work.

Another method I've seen is with the window closed drill a hole & tap it for a bolt to thread through against the back of the opening so the window can't be moved when its screwed in.
