4evernewbie 0 Posted July 8, 2008 I've searched over 30 pages of threads but I couldn't find any pics. Basically, on the back of the headlight, there is a piece of white plastic hinged on to the casing. It would appear that this should go vertically up towards the black thing which has a lever and a cup, the lever changing the height of the cup. It seems the ball on the white plastic rod should fit in and give headlight height adjustment. But, everytime I try and put the white ball in the black cup, it just falls out when I pull it straight (I have to angle the white rod to put it in). Am I doing the right thing? Are my assumptions regarding the operation/use of these parts correct? Do these things break often, therefor explaining why mine doesn't work? Sorry for all the crappy wording, I just wanted it fully explained because I can't get a pic of it at the mo. Many thanks, Paul.
pug_ham 244 3 Cars Posted July 8, 2008 To get the white arm to clip onto the ball its easier if the headlight is unclipped from the holders so you can get your hand into help clip it on properly as it has to be horisontal to fit onto the ball. It is possible the white arm is broken so the clip on the end isn't right anymore. Graham.
