Correct Torque Setting

Hello,

 

Does anybody now the setting for these bolts?

 

I just tightened them with the air gun, but I think they might need to be torqued properly :)

 

also do they need thread lock? The original bolts do not seem to have any traces from thread lock.

Crownwheel securing bolts; 48lbft & I usually use some tthread lock onthem when refitting them.

any chance you know the setting for the bolts on the diff cover?

Its in the Haynes manual under the transmission section.

  • Final drive housing bolts 10mm; 65Nm 30lbft.
  • Final drive housing bolts 7mm; 12Nm 9lbft
