Brake Servo Problems, Leaking Air!

Just discovered a problem with my 309, when I hold my foot on the brakes with the engine running I get a hissing noise, as soon as I lift it stops.

 

I guess the seals in the servo could be the only culprit, are they easy to sort?

 

bits pictured I need would be Item 6?
