These are the BBM hoses I used:

Mi16 lower heater matrix pipe- fits with no mods

8V top readiator hose- Will need cutting and T-piece inserting, if you are using the OE 2.0L turbo heat exchanger**?

You will also need another connection into the top hose for the turbo return water supply, wich also needs a connection of to the expansion tank top right hose

(wich is not BBM as it got so short it wasnt worth buying one).

8V lower expansion tank pipe- a little tight to route around the back of the turbo to the water distrubution block.

** heat exchanger also needs a connection to the bottom radiator hose, I welded a union on the metal pipe for that.

You will also be able to use BBM top left expansion tank hose, I didn't as I had a Samco for that already.

On mine I also used a unequal plastic T-piece coming of the lower expansion tank pipe to go of the other side of the heater matrix wich I just used

a 205 rubber hose for.

Still need to draw a diagram for my last topic on this, if i get time in the week I will!
