Hi guys.

I have dyno run booked at 12 of July, that's my first time. Any advices how to prepare the car and stuff ?

make sure all fluids are at correct levels, and tyre pressures are correct.

has the cambelt been done recently?

Thanks,

My rev counter doesn't work. This will be a problem ?

No, the dyno will be able to take a more accurate reading of revs anyway.

to avoid the tuner having to spend his time doing it (and passing the cost onto you), i'd renew the plugs and make sure things like the distributor cap and rotor arm (etc) are also OK. checking that there are no problems with the oil breather circuit is a good idea too; something like a dipstick with a broken seal can affect your idle and the tuner might want to replace it if it's causing a problem - just little things like that really.

looks pretty good and healthy for a 2.0 Mi16, exactly the same as my engine.

book power is 155bhp but mine has also run 161bhp a few times, torque is healthy too.
