Where To Source This Panel? Also How Much Work To Replace Headlamp Pan

After a bit of an accident last week, im in the process of fixing my 205. I had a front nearside smash with a van, not a mark on the van, but typically the 205 was in a bit of a sorry state. I removed the bumper, lights, air filter, washer bottle and wing to discover the inner wing and chassis behind the headlight was bent. To enable me to get better access to bash out the dents i removed the panel outlined in blue above. Trouble is that its a bit bent up now, so i need to get a new one. Where would i be able to find this panel?

The panel that the headlight sits (yellow) in was also bent up. Although i have banged it back into shape, part of me wants to get a new one of them aswell. Theres alot of spot welds on there and it looks like quite a mission to remove. How much time and money would have to be spent to replace it, given that id have to pay someone to do the welding? If its relativley cheap and quick then i may aswell do it.

Do you have a local panel shop, mine sells the full front panel for £50. If not peugeot do them, I will need to dig out the part numbers for you.

EDIT: just found this too front panel

Dont really want ot go to the length of replacing the whole front panel, even though £40 is pretty damn cheap considering peugeot want £60 plus vat for HALF the section. I sort of assumed that peugeot wouldnt make parts like this anymore, iv just found the panel i was looking for on service box for £6. Happy days!! Cheers

I've done a couple of these, not that difficult, and if you can borrow a spot welder an easy job to weld it back on too.

On my old 205 I had this headlamp replaced.

Seriously consider paying the extra for the Pug one as the non-OE stuff was a s*it fit. I actually viewed the difference in parts myself after a courtesy call from the bodyshop. The non-OE stuff just did'nt fit right.

Glad I paid the extra.........Piece of piss job though. I stood and watched it all going on and thought I could do that with a spot welder.

Yes the wing has to come off. There are spot welds to drill out that you can't get to with the wing on.

How much would one be looking at having the front panel replaced? I've got a new front panel sat in the garage that needs fitting, anyone one here able to undertake the work? If it's as easy as it sounds in this thread it shouldn't take more than a day right?
