Pug_sport 0 Posted June 23, 2008 I am wondering if anybody knows what the factory settings are for the fuel mixture (5mm Allen Bolt) and where the big disc inside should be set (black one with 021 written around it) My theory is to put it back to the original settings and work from there to get the emmissions right for the mot as it's miles out and has been played with already. simonb 0 Posted June 23, 2008 Trust me, you are better off getting a spare un-molested AFM. Once that the original inner-disc setting has been lost and not marked, it is very difficult to ensure that they are set right again. Just fudge it to get it throught the MOT by tightening the spring enough to get the emissions down by turning the disc clockwise (right before the test) until the required reading is found. Then ditch the AFM for a known good spare that hasn't been messed with from Ebay - make sure you ask the question before buying one though. HTH Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
