DamirGTI 342 Posted June 12, 2008 (edited) Hello ! Right , i've got a pair of hubs from the scrappy however they arrived with the driveshafts still attached to the hubs So i was wondering how to undone hub nut with the driveshaft/hub assembly off the car ?! obviously the breaker bar option is off in this case but will an air gun do for undoing the hub nuts ? Thanks ! Damir Edited June 12, 2008 by DamirGTI
jackherer 543 Posted June 12, 2008 The Haynes manual has a pic of a home made tool for doing this, but I'm not sure how effective it would be.
M@tt 77 Posted June 12, 2008 i had an old hub with a driveshaft still in it, i took it to the local garage who had a decent air impact gun and it whizzed it off after a few goes
